Swimming is also a healthy sport which involves all aspects of your body – heart, hands, legs, sight and even mental! Whether you are a child just learning how to swim, or an adult who has never learnt how to swim properly or an elderly person who just want to strengthen your muscles and health, swimming is for you.

Learn how to swim with our fully qualified and experienced swimming instructors, both male and female, who are certified by the Singapore Sports Council and Singapore Swimming Teachers’ Association.

Ladies Swimming Classes :

Ladies Group Classes
Delta : Fri 8pm, Sun 3pm
Heartbeat@Bedok : Tue 7.30pm, Fri 8pm
Pasir Ris : Sat 12pm or 1pm
Pasir Ris : Sun 3pm or 4pm
Fees per pax in a group class are $360 for 8 lessons of 45 mins, payable on the first lesson.

Adults (mixed males and females) Group Classes
Bukit Batok : Mon 8pm
Clementi : Sat and Sun 5pm
Fees per pax in a group class are $340 for 8 lessons of 45 mins, payable on the first lesson.

Private 1-1 time slots conducted by female coaches are available at these public swimming complexes and other swimming complexes or condos

Fees for a private 1-1 class are $340 for 4 lessons of 45 mins, payable on the first lesson.
